Rent to earn a home?
Acquiring your tiny home through a rental-to-earn arrangement is conveniently structured with an initial payment of 60% upfront, followed by a weekly installment contractual period of min. three years.
Purchasing a Tiny Home
Acquiring a tiny house from Tiny Mobile is expedited and efficient, exemplified by our 7-day turnaround for the Joey model. Our streamlined and automated process encompasses every stage, from design to construction, and culminates in seamless delivery and setup—all meticulously managed by our team of experts.
How to pay?
If you haven’t already received a quote, please reach out to us. Upon your approval, we will promptly issue an invoice for 50% of the construction cost to initiate the building process.
What is your payment plan?
We provide a convenient payment plan with three installments for the delivery and setup of your tiny homes. For terms please refer to your quote which will outline the payment schedule according to the building project.
Do I need approval from council?
Tiny Homes mainly are classified as caravans, exempting them from the need for building permits. However, there are regulations regarding the duration they can stay on private land. At Tiny Mobile, our extensive experience with various councils allows us to guide you on compliance. We’ve deployed numerous units and recommend The Joey for its comprehensive features. Additionally, we offer custom layout services to tailor the design to your preferences.
Tiny Homes can be designed with standard utility connections, including electricity, water, and sewage. Off-grid options with solar power, composting toilets, and rainwater harvesting systems are also available.
We deliver Tiny Homes using specialized transportation. The method may vary based on the size and design of the unit. Our experienced team ensures a smooth delivery and setup process.
